LSC offers free academic assistance to all UC Davis students in: Study Skills, Mathematics/Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Genetics, Biology, Spanish, Writing and English as a Second Language.

Located in Dutton Hall, the LSC is open Monday through Friday, 7:50 am to 4:50 pm, including the noon hour.

LSC Specialists are UCD Student Affairs professional staff with extensive teaching experience in their subjects that meet with students individually, teach workshops, train LSC Student Tutors and make referrals to other campus resources.

Student tutors are UCD undergraduates who work with the LSC Tutor Supervisor and LSC Specialists to provide weekly and drop-in tutoring in the LSC, the Academic Advising Centers and Intercollegiate Athletics. As students, LSC tutors have extensive knowledge of the LSC and UCD resources and can answer your questions.
